Shipping Policy:
For all international shipments (outside the contiguous United States), any tax or duty shall be borne by the buyer.
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes, and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.

Free Extended Warranty:
1. Extended warranty to 12 months by registering at Selene Noire.
2. Send an extended warranty request with your order ID to our Customer Service Center.

1. You need to pay for your shipping costs for both sending and returning your item with non-quality problems within 30 days from the date you purchased it.
2. Returning items after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
3. Shipping costs for both sending and returning are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. We will deduct the credit card processing fees from your refund if you want to return items without any quality issues. The processing fees should be ($ order amount * 2.4% + $0.3).
5. If the customer doesn’t pick up the goods on the specified date, causing the goods to be destroyed, we’ll not give a refund. If the goods are returned to warehouses by courier, the customer must pay additional fees.
6. Within the warranty period, the replacement is free, but the shipping fee will be charged accordingly after 3 months.
