We apologize for any inconvenience caused with your Selene Noire purchase and want you to know your satisfaction is our top priority.

All Selene Noire products come with a 1-year warranty and 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of the original order. If your product does not meet your expectations within this period, please contact us using the form below.

This policy applies to purchases made through selenenoire.com. If purchased from authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

Once your return form is received, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Write the RMA number on your parcel and ship it back before the RMA expires. Upon receiving your parcel, we’ll notify you and either issue a refund or send a replacement.

Return or Exchange Criteria

The product must be in original condition with all accessories, including manuals and warranty registration.

A valid, unexpired RMA must be obtained from our website or customer service after submitting the return form.

Important Notes

1. You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality issues within 30 days of purchase.

2. After 30 days, you cover all return shipping costs.

3. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.

4. Incorrect return addresses will invalidate your refund.

5. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
